Our 4 night stay was superb!! The room was clean and very comfortable. Even though there are several bars/restaurants directly across the narrow alleyway, our room was on the 5th floor and very quiet at night. Best of all was the staff. The front desk clerks were all very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Could not have asked for a better stay!
The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, The breakfast was delicious with an outdoor area to dine if desired. Loved the rooftop pool, sauna & steam room. A very convenient walk to the Mediterranean and a 10 minute walk from the train. Lots of great shopping & restaurants near by. The hotel staff were very helpful in recommending great places to dine as well. Very nice place to relax at the end of our 10 day trip to France.
We have stayed at the Splendid Hotel 5 times now and it is our favorite hotel in Cannes. I requested our favorite room - top floor - end room - nice balcony - with view of the harbor across the street and the church on the hill. At night it is magical with the lights on!! Delightful hotel for a very very reasonable rate. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen clean and comfy. Bathroom large. Rooftop breakfast lovely. Also used the rooftop for that one last glass of rose'.
Location excellent - easy walk to Rue D'Antibe and Rue Meynadier and to Le Suquet.

The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.
Our room, 31, was super cute and spacious. AC was awesome. Loved the communication through whatsapp and staff was helpful especially with recommendations. Checking in they give you a map and give info and recommendations to get the most out of every visit.
Hotel could not have been better. Such a beautiful area, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station, eat breakfast while looking at the cathedral, and attached to a cafe with a ton of gluten free options. The staff were also all so absolutely lovely and helpful, every single one went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this place enough!
The staff was attentive and responsive to my messages and with out every need! We needed directions or taxi we had Yasmine and Austin take care of my sons and me. We enjoyed coffee and refrigerator for ledt overs and a balery and grocer was across the street. The locawas outstanding and near ever place we wannted to go during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved Le Windsor and would stay here again the next visit to Nice. It’s in a great location with super kind and helpful staff. The room size was also good for the smaller room- the chairs maybe a bit large for the space but we weren’t hanging out in the room. We could walk to all the places we wanted within up to 20 minutes and it’s a picturesque stroll with the typical Côte d’Azur French architecture and shops. Lovely, updated hotel walkable distance from the train station and to the beach. Only drawback was carting our suitcases up two flights of stairs because there was no elevator.
