This place is a great bang for your buck. The rooms are very clean and modern. There is a beautiful, outdoor shared space to enjoy your coffee or read a book. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Espresso machines, refrigerators and plates/cutlery in the rooms.
This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate.
The concierge is knowledgeable and the best part is that everything for the most part is with in walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the food is first rate.

This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Loved staying here. It added to the genuine historical feel of the city. Clean room, big bathroom, great breakfast. Walkable to new town and old town within 20 mins. I walked to Prague Castle in an hour. Very quiet area and close to several restaurants and pubs.
We booked this hotel based on the excellent reviews by past travelers. When we got here, we didn't really know what to expect. But the hotel staff put us at ease right from beginning. We actually got to hotel around 12 pm, but the room wasn't ready until 2pm (minor inconvenience, not an issue at all). They gave us directions to the nearest traditional Czech restaurant and we enjoyed our Goulash and Pilsners!

Everything was wonderful with the exception of interactions with 2 staff members. The first was the “bar tender” in the restaurant upon my arrival, he was extremely rude but Michel was very helpful and pleasant.
