"I love, love this hotel. Ine of my favorite in the world. Recently renovated rooms are better than ever, staff is fantastic (should out to Gabriel, Julian, and Gustavo, mi amigos). The food is superb, the Apache Grille offers great bogota views, amazing ambiance, great food and drinks. Cannot speakly highly enough"

"Very Clean and neat the only issue for me was that they don’t have enough staff so if you need something they really don’t answer the phone, I called room servicefor a coffee and never got it and had to go down to the restaurant to ask for ice because theuly were too busy and couldn’t take it to the room. Really bad service."
