"The location is excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out process was very efficient. Breakfast was simple but of high quality. Highly recommend."
"This hotel was helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. Room and bathroom were immaculate, Bathtub/shower combo. Bathtub was deep. I imagine that should be amazing during the colder season."
"From the check-in to the check-out everything was great. We would stay here again next time we are in Geneva without hesitation. Room is well-equipped, well kept and clean. Staff super helpful and pleasant to deal with."
"Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is minutes from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the lakeside so it's in an excellent location."
"Good hotel in the center of Geneva.
Small room but good enough for one person or a couple.
Only thing to consider is that the toilet is by itself. And the door did not shut completely."

Base Geneva is a new apartment hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful, close to train station/bus/tram and walking proximity to various Geneva site. The place has a gym, laundry and rooftop to enjoy a drink. Definitely if I return to Geneva and plan to stay here again. 👍
This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.
We booked this hotel at the last minute after a change of plans in Switzerland due to the heat wave. We searched for a reasonably priced hotel that had good reviews of their air conditioning. This hotel fit the bill, and the whole hotel was a great experience. We had a room for 3 people and the room was very large! The front desk staff was amazing and kind. The hotel is across the street from a park that led to the lake. Convenient to the bus stops, and a few great restaurants nearby. We...
Superb in all respects ! Room was high quality and modern; meticulously clean; staff were friendly, helpful and well informed; property is in a lovely location; views from room spectacular. Amazing property and a greasy stay!
One night in Geneva to sightsee was really nice at this hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel was nice. There are several hubs for transportation including a bus stop right outside.
This hotel was helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. Room and bathroom were immaculate, Bathtub/shower combo. Bathtub was deep. I imagine that should be amazing during the colder season.
Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). Would definitely go back and recommend to...
I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.
The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.
The property was really nice and had all the amenities we needed. Location was perfect for a quick stopover to explore Geneva and head out to the airport or other places via train.
Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.
This is our favourite hotel in Europe to date. A lovely small luxury retreat. It’s a fifteen minute drive from Geneva airport. Stunning setting looking out over the golf course and mountains. This time we had a deluxe corner room and the views were spectacular. Staff are very friendly and professional. Restaurant is lovely. Supermarket a few minutes away and there are bikes for you to use to explore. It’s going to be refurbished in November and more rooms added for 2020 so will definitely be...
The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. There is a pretty courtyard and a glass enclosed dining area with a lovely breakfast spread. Service was...
I loved staying here. Very classic and personal. The hotel is extremely well located in a peatonal plaza and surrounded by high end boutiques and many restaurants.
The hotel is small but beautiful. All the rooms are different in decoration. Loved the restaurant and the staff. Would stay here again.
You can walk to the Old Town
Great one-night stay at Hotel D. We loved the convenience to Gare Cornavin train station -- a 5-minute walk. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Room was small but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bathroom very clean with toilet separated from shower/sink. Would stay here again.
Excellent hotel. Breakfast had ham, cold cut meat, pastries, orange juice, mix fruit juice, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, tea and coffee. Service for breakfast was outstanding.
Front desk was pleasant, helpful and Terik was outstanding
Also, there were little muffins in a glass case in the lobby area and these little muffins were available through out the day which was very nice
Room was spacious and very very clean
Location was outstanding since there were so many restaurants near...
