Base Geneva is a new apartment hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful, close to train station/bus/tram and walking proximity to various Geneva site. The place has a gym, laundry and rooftop to enjoy a drink. Definitely if I return to Geneva and plan to stay here again. 👍
This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.

I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.
Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.
Great one-night stay at Hotel D. We loved the convenience to Gare Cornavin train station -- a 5-minute walk. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Room was small but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bathroom very clean with toilet separated from shower/sink. Would stay here again.
Excellent hotel. Breakfast had ham, cold cut meat, pastries, orange juice, mix fruit juice, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, tea and coffee. Service for breakfast was outstanding.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.
I loved staying here. Very classic and personal. The hotel is extremely well located in a peatonal plaza and surrounded by high end boutiques and many restaurants.
The hotel is small but beautiful. All the rooms are different in decoration. Loved the restaurant and the staff. Would stay here again.
