Excellent thoughtful staff, doing everything to make your stay enjoyable, including recommendations, taxi booking (even for 4am) which saved me a lot of money. Clean well kept rooms. Totally worth it. Would definitely recommend. Be aware this is the touristic side of town and there will be noises, mainly singers and performers out in the street. But that’s enjoyable as well.

This hotel is a gem! Every room feels like a step back in time, but with every modern convenience. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about the city. And the rooftop lounge is breathtaking. Highly recommended!

This is by far one of the best hotels in Italy, staff is amazing, food is the best in Florence, interiors are just magnificent. Stay here, you will never regret. I stayed here for one week and came back next week. This is a magnificent hotel.

Upgrade to the river view, it’s more than worth it! Spacious rooms with double windows to block out sound at night to help you sleep. 5/5 will definitely be back

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Such a great location! Beds were comfortable, room was clean and bright, great water pressure in shower. Rooftop was such a nice option for taking a break from the travel day and having a quiet impressive view. Will absolutely be staying here again!

You cannot beat this location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Just a stone throws away from the Duomo and walking distance to all the great spots I highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, modern and had great air conditioning. When coming to Florence definitely do consider this hotel.

We had a great stay here! The staff is super friendly and helpful throughout our multiple requests for bookings, help in the room, ordering taxis, etc. The room itself was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable, very nice linens, towels, and robes. We later found out not all hotels in Italy have coffee in the rooms and it was nice to have an espresso machine in the room. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Florence within walking distance to MANY restaurants, shops, and museums....

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was our #1 favorite hotel of all the ones we stayed in between Paris, Florence & Venice. The staff was so friendly and super helpful, the room was large with a mini fridge and A/C but decorated in classic Florentine palace style, the bathroom was roomy, and the awesome breakfast was included. Our favorite part about this hotel was the tower that you can go up to any time of day for an amazing view of the city. It's 72 free steps to paradise!...

My husband and I loved the Hotel Roma. It is ideally located within walking distance to the train station and next to a piazza full of restaurants. The room was a nice size and the breakfast buffet was a great start to each day.

Please please please stay here, you will not regret it. It is close to the Duomo and walking distance to many other attractions, including the train station. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with the hotel accommodations but also recommendations about coffee shops, restaurants, and Florence overall. There are many places to eat nearby and all walking distance as I mentioned before. The streets can be a bit busy at night but that was the case everywhere we stayed at in Italy. The rooms were...

I cannot stress how much we absolutely loved this hotel. We had a small but comfortable room with a shared bathroom (there were 2 in the hall) and while I initially was anxious about that, not once did we ever feel like it was shared. The staff keeps the hotel and bathrooms INCREDIBLY clean; you don’t even get the feeling that there are others staying there. The location is also incredible - everything is within 15 mins walking. We will certainly be back!

El hotel para mi fue excelente, la ubicación es muy buena llegué desde la estación del tren al hotel como en 5 minutos, literalmente la mayoría de las cosas de interés quedan cerca. Buen trato, lo recomiendo y volveré algún día.
