"Nice location, away from the bustling crowd yet still near Tokyo main station. Breakfast was wonderful with nice spread of both Japanese and Western cuisine."
"I will definitely book a room at the Gracery next time I stay in Shinjuku. Rooms are very new and better size and layout than the dated APA hotel options next door. Bathroom was huge with a separate room for the shower and tub. Breakfast buffet was the best Ive had in Japan: tacos, salad bar, veggies, meats, coffee bar, desserts and lots of other more typical breakfast fare options. Very easy access to JR station in Shinjuku. Lots of food and entertainment options. Despite the location the rooms...

"It was a lovely clean quiet spot close to 2 stations in Ginza. Although it’s not in the center of the action in Ginza, it was a great place to rest and recoup between all our activities."
"The hotel was nicely located near a train station which made traveling throughout the city very easy. There were also places nearby to shop and grab food. The hotel was very nice and well maintained. Breakfast has a nice variety of options. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent choice overall."
"This is a great hotel to stay at if you plan to visit Akihabara. It is very close to all the anime stores and food places. We had a great room that slept 3 and the staff was very kind."
"Staff were professional. The stores and restaurants are near by. The best part is the bus from Narita airport and back to Narita is very good and on time. Thank you."
"Outstanding hotel. Even in the middle of the biggest city on the planet, the surrounding garden gives a quiet, peaceful feel. We had a corner room with a balcony overlooking the garden which was amazing for having a quick coffee to start the day. Vast majority of the hotel staff were very warm and welcoming. Right next to a stop on the Oedo line, a 10 minute walk to the Meiji Jingu baseball stadium, and for car enthusiasts a 10 minute walk to Meiji Jingu Gaien Gino Avenue which is a great place...
"Breakfast had a huge range of choice. Hotel in an excellent location very near to Senso-ji temple. Walking distance to lots of local sights. 30 min walk to Ueno park "

The room was great for my family of 4. We loved the space and the large table was super helpful with little kids. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would 100% go back to this hotel!
New hotel, large 800sq ft room at an affordable rate.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Restaurants, trains and convenience stores were all closeby. Quoet neighborhood.

Location is perfect- close to bus station and asakusa; very clean and has everything we need; staff was very helpful in asking questions about the trains.
Very nice location near park. Convenient to public transport, stores and restaurants. Safe and relatively quiet area which was nice. Room was immaculate and great amenities. Excellent value
It’s beautiful room. My husband & kids loved here. The location is so convenient with many restaurants nearby, close to station & market with a short walking distance. The park in front of hotel is so beautiful with cherry blossoms. The staff is so friendly & nicely. Front desks are fast service & come to our room to instruct us how to use washer/dryer machine.
We will recommend friends staying here & we definitely come bac. Everything is perfect.
This hotel was very close to JR Ueno Station so there was easy access to all of our excursions. It was about 5-6 minutes walking. It was so close we even walked to station with our suitcases and backpacks instead of taking a taxi on our way to airport. Very clean. Great service from staff!
As an American family of adults and teens, this hotel was wonderful for a visit to Tokyo.
The "Superior studio" was enough room for three adults or teens. We used the extra bed/couch for our stuff and there was still room to sit at the table and eat together.
The staff were very helpful and communicated well in English. The hotel also supplied a web site that we used to ask questions before we arrived and during our stay.
The bathroom and shower were spacious for one person to use at a...
Truly loved this place in Tokyo. It's VERY close to the train station that has the JR Yamanote Line, where you can go all over Tokyo fairly quickly.
The place felt very new and CLEAN! They have you take your shoes off right as you walk in and you put your shoes in a shoe locker, where you will be given slippers/slides which makes the floors feel very clean.
Complimentary coffee and bread each morning were really good and the rooms were very comfortable. They have a book that is a great guide...
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly close to the train station, which made getting around the city very easy. The room was surprisingly spacious and accommodated all five of us, which can be hard to find in Tokyo. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after a long day of exploring. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall our experience was very pleasant and would definitely stay here again.
