We stayed here four nights, and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and quiet. Layout is the bottom floor is a large spacious pub with restaurant, upper floor has 11 hotel rooms and some offices. Our room had a nice view of the street. There are separate entrances for the pub and for the hotel rooms. Check in is at the pub. Daily activities with pizza or wine, etc. nicest hostel I have stayed at. I booked private room. No room in the fridge for my food was only downside. Many people seem to stay there long term. Breakfast was light but good with cereal, bread with spreads, tea. Close to everything I needed. 30 min walk to opera house with nice stops on the way; free museums, gardens. Keyless doors were great too, code or app to get in room.
