We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

It was not made clear what in the Kitchenette was included and what was a charge. Did not make coffee or tea because of this. The sky bus to the airport stopped right outside the front door. This was very convenient. The view was great. Sky tower was changed to green for St Patrick’s Day weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Sudima, will book again on our next trip. Just, the airport bus that drops/pick ups guest just blocks the way in and out

nice hotel very clean and confortable ,the pnly little problem is that you can hear the bikes or trucks from the rooms at the back of the hotel

Excellent hotel in kind of an Art Deco style in a nice area of Auckland. Not a far walk from the wharf and ferry building. It has a bar on premise with a free drink on arrival. The included continental breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, toasted muesli, Greek yogurt, bread basket and fresh OJ and coffee. Delightful. Beautiful & trendy hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I love that the location was central to everything I needed. The hotel staff were extremely friendly. Everything was clean. The neighborhood was safe and local transportation was easily accessible.

Our stay at SkyCity Hotel was phenomenal! We arrived hours before our check-in, but luckily there was a room that was readily available that they were able to give us. We were able to leave our luggage with the concierge while we went to a breakfast spot across the street that they had recommended. Great location for shopping and food options. We didn’t rent a car, but a lot of places were within walking distance. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!
