"Apartment is a compact 1 bedroom in a good location close to transit, parks, and shops. It faces the courtyard and doesn't get direct sun for most ofthe day, and the bedroom has no windows. Several lightbulbs were burnt out so at night it was very dim. Check-in was partially explained - I got the key from a lockbox but hauled all my stuff up five flights of stairs before calling the host to learn that I needed to go down a side hallway, which had an elevator that wasn't mentioned in the listing...

Great location, lots of shops and restaurants, free breakfast, free coffee machine close to the bus station, comfortable places to lounge, staff is super helpful, showers are hot, clean, and good value for your money. Areas that need improvement: Better communication in how to find the place. Need to mention that it's inside the McDonald's entrance. I kept hearing this explained time and again when it should already be explained in the directions. Also, clean the ashtray on the balcony area. Overall, it's arguably the best hostel I've stayed at out of 20+ different ones"
