"Lovely non casino hotel right in the heart of Reno. Close by to everything you might want to see whilst here. I was kindly given a room on the 18th floor by the lovely gentleman at check in. The staff here are absolutely delightful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel offers free parking and lots of facilities to enjoy your stay. The room was huge and the bed incredibly comfortable. It also afforded me a lovely view of the city lit up at night. The rooms are a little outdated, think of it like you’re staying with your grandparents for the night, but they’re homely and comforting and it’s like you’re visiting the 1960’s all over again. I really think this adds to the character of the place. Whilst I mention outdated, that doesn’t take away from how immaculately clean and well cared for they are. The levels of cleanliness were excellent. The only 2 things that I didn’t really like was the adjoining door with the room next door (the lady in there was having a BRILLIANT time with several men. I heard every climax of each person involved) I absolutely hate adjoining hotel rooms. There’s always noise. The noise of the elevator going up and down all day and night was the other thing, though this is just the layout of the building. The property offers excellent value for money, character and really nice caring staff. I’d 100% stay here again next time I find myself in Reno."

Having traveled extensively across nine countries and stayed in over 2,000 suite-category hotels, I found the accommodations and service level here to be truly exceptional. I extend my sincere appreciation to the WorldMark Reno team for such a remarkable stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Jesse overall. It is very clean, quaint, and has a great B&B vibe (without the breakfast). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The housekeeping staff was very nice and proactive if there was anything we needed. Quick note. The hotel is on a fairly busy street and it's not the most soundproofed. The hotel provides earplugs and a white noise machine, but we did not find those necessary for the occasional traffic noise. They were not helpful on the Friday night when the music in the adjacent patio was cranked up. Thankfully, the event ended by 11:00. If you are someone who needs deep silence and goes to bed early, check ahead on events there. If you crash later at night or can sleep through anything, this is a great place to stay!"
