The room was comfortable, the hotel itself had a great feel about it making us feel at home. The gym and spa were fantastic. The food was superb and so were all the wait staff. Everyone was super attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this hotel and in such a great location too. "

"Although this place is pretty unremarkable, I wouldn’t say that’s a bad thing. It’s OK, and that’s fine. The best part is the location. And if you are someone who likes to walk when travelling, this is a great place as a home base. "

"Being a colonial building the rooms were large and reflective of the era with period furnishings. However, the building is in need of some renovation and looks a little shabby in places. The kitchen provides a good selection of delicious food but the menu would benefit from more snack options after a day of sight seeing. "

"Stayed 9 nights there in February 2026. The 3* hotel is good value for money and provided very comfortable beds in large rooms with fans and air conditioning. The bathrooms are typically Indian but fully functional. The breakfast provided in Pepper Chino restaurant is superb, with a wide range of options including tea/coffee/juice, fruit, toast, Indian dishes and omelettes, and the Cloud Tavern on the top floor is an ideal place to have an evening meal and a beer or wine. "Our stay was very comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was supportive. Room service, housekeeping and breakfast was included. Stay also has laundry services if one wants it. Overall our stay was nice"
