Hotels in Monte de Gibralfaro

This parador overlooks Malaga and the port. It is not in the city center and is 20 minutes walk to downtown Malaga. But there is a bus (bus no. 35) that goes from the parador to different locations in Malaga. So although the parador is not centrally located, it offers magnificent views and a quiet and peaceful surrounding. I highly recommend this parador.

Absolutely loved this hotel and will stay there again if I’m ever back in Málaga. The location was perfect, and we could walk to everything. The staff was very attentive and kind, and the breakfast was amazing. Incredible views from the restaurant terrace. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel staff was by far the most professional and attentive out of the six hotels we stayed at during our trip to Spain. This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in in my entire life! It was a palace. It had beautiful history. It had a saltwater pool! The staff was absolutely impeccable. Beyond friendly, they made me feel like I was genuinely appreciated and the breakfast was something to behold. The next time I visit Malaga I will only stay at the Miramar. I literally miss the staff already! I could not recommend it more. Luxurious. Bvlgari products in the rooms! I felt like the darn queen of England....

This property is very nicely located across from the harbor area, which has lots of dining options, close to the beach areas, and yet also close to the park and downtown. We walked everywhere. The rooms were nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. Refrigerators in rooms did not seem cold enough but they worked. Had a nice spa and exercise area as well as a hot tub. The hot tub could have been warmer in my opinion (it was 98 degrees) but they would not increase it. Did not eat in the...

Great location but difficult to get to by car without parking near and asking hotel staff as the route involves driving through “pedestrianized “ areas. Once there stay was great.

This is what i call a people Hotel the whole staff is incredible they go out of there way to please you .plus the Hotel is located in the center you have everything you need and i mean everything in just a few stepes from the Hotel. And specially i would like to thank Jose Angel for treating us as family. I could say i will come back again . Thank you for making our vacation the best.

The best part about this hotel is the hotel. Shopping, dining, and tourist attractions are next door. Hotel is clean and comfortable. There's no air condition. Just open window and let the cool air in. This will be our go to hotel when come back to Malaga.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city just steps from the Cathedral and the Picasso Museum. Lovely decor and friendly, helpful staff.

The staff were extremely helpful, from giving recommendations,directions and Getting transportation for us. The room was clean and cool. The location was great. Close to old town, restaurant's, grocery store And museum. Would highly recommend

we had only a day in Malaga, and this was the right place to be very close to the Museum of Picasso , an must see in Malaga .

Housekeeping staff was extremely kind, helpful and always greeted me with a smile and salutations.

The hotel is in a great location, with many attractions such as the cathedral, Picasso Museum, and Málaga Port within walking distance. Larios Street, a beautiful pedestrian street, is also nearby, with plenty of retail stores and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our flight arrived in Malaga at 7:30. We arrived at the hotel probably about nine. It was perfect for our first night. There was a nice restaurant about a block away and sat outside and enjoyed the evening. We had a great nights sleep in our hotel before leaving the next morning.

It’s a beautiful well located hotel, they have underground parking which was great. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel inside was very nice and clean. We loved the upstairs bar and pool area. Would definitely go back to stay.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast was good too. The staff were very attentive and it had a rooftop bar that was nice too. Our room was a good size. It can be noisy at night, when people are loud, but it was never an issue for us. The only down side is that cars won’t reach that area and you will have to walk a couple blocks with your luggage when you get dropped off and when leaving.

The room is large and comfortable. The bed is quite firm. It is convenient to the train station and bus station.
