"No working electrical outlets near the desk! The only available electric plug was in the base of the desk lamp, and it didn't work. The wall plug was completely inaccessible behind a giant piece of furniture. So, no way to charge your laptop if you're sitting at the desk. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the bathroom were nearly empty, but I was alone so they lasted through my short 2-day stay. Walls appear to amplify noise from people/kids in other rooms. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep before 10:30 PM"

"If price and size of room are that matters this is a great place. They are massively understaffed and the poor people working there are trying hard but service can rough. Plan on getting food or going out to eat. "

"Well, I gave this place a second chance, and it definitely got worse. I’m not sure how you can charge someone full price, especially with no television. If you come back from the theme parks after being out all day, and all you wanna do is enjoy the room, how are you supposed to do that without television? The first time you had no cable. This time you had no streaming service. And you have the nerve to charge full price for breakfast? I mean every hotel that you stay in in America, especially around the Disney area, has a television Anyways, it’s still very difficult to navigate the hotel If you take a wrong turn, you’ll end up outside and locked out of the building and you have to walk all the way around to get Get back inside So there’s definitely no signage to help with navigating to where you need to go Very, very disappointed"
