"We stayed for 3 nights (3rd week of June).Very nice resort, quiet, well maintained and with beautiful gardens. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. We also enjoyed the swimming pool as the temperature was very hot during our vacation in Italy. The beaches in Gianola and Formia are a few minutes away (by car) as well as the beautiful city of Gaeta.
In short, the Kora Park Resort is a little gem to be discovered. "

Roberta was a welcome And an Angel to us. After an exploded tire from a con of a rental company that rhymes with Carfizz, Roberta gave us a last minute booking, directions for an ATM to pay for a tow, breakfast made early with cappuccino, cold bottle of water, empathy, and kindness. Very comfy and quiet hotel in gaeta. I loved it! I will be heading back there ASAP. The breakfast was yummy and everyone was so friendly. One of the best places to stay in gaeta if you ask me.

My husband and I booked our stay here for the 2nd leg of our honeymoon to visit his family in Itri for a few days.
Disclaimer: unfortunately, we didn't end up staying as we accepted a room to stay near family.
However, we did go up twice to the hotel where the owner, Giuseppe, greeted us and had set up their beautiful and comfortable suite with a private balcony overlooking the valley, sea & mountains.
Giuseppe was heartbroken we weren't able to stay & truly expressed how happy it would make...
I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Villa Maria Theresa. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The property buildings and gardens were beautiful. The beachside location was picturesque and convenient provided reserved sun umbrella and loungers. The highlight was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist multiple times. Truly a wonderful experience guest experience. Can’t wait to return.
The location was fabulous. The staff at the reception desk was over the top. They truly cared about the overall guest experience. Always greeted with a smile. Very accommodating when requests made.
