"I had a wonderful stay at the RIU Hotel Toronto. The room was amazing—very cozy, modern, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast menu; there were so many options that it truly felt like an all-inclusive hotel experience. I stayed there to celebrate my birthday, and the staff made it extra special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and they even surprised me with a small box of chocolates, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s brand new, beautifully maintained, and offers excellent service. I would definitely stay here again."

"We left at 5am. Someone came by with a bunch of brown bags on a cart at the time but didn’t tell anyone they were breakfast. We thought it was for some kind of event but two people in the shuttle said it was breakfast. After we had left. Should be better communication "
