"The hotel is beautiful and very well done and the staff excellent and friendly. The restaurant was good too. The prompt needs some TLC. Worn and torn carpet, our shower drain didn't drain well, things like that. I would stay here again. The rooms spacious and comfortable. They have an elevator which is nice for these old hotels. It was well placed in the city center and so walkable. I felt safe as well."

"Even with the reviews, I did not realize just HOW NICE this hotel is until I walked into the lobby. The waterfall was over the top lovely, and the hotel staff were both kind and informative (I had questions about the city, the hotel, and how to arrange for transportation to the airport the next day). For convenience I had both dinner and the breakfast buffet in the morning at the hotel and enjoyed both.
It is an easy walk to the historic center though there are 2-3 long and very...

Also, you should warn your guests about the close venue that had a party and blasted the music until 2 am. Not fun since we were leaving the next day!"

The hotel is modern and located about a block from the downtown. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great! We were able to go everywhere we wanted. The beds were comfy too. I would definitely stay there again.
