"Room was indeed spotless and fresh. Excellent as expected. Staff was very accommodating and helpful with smiles. Female (forgot her name) but was very helpful, gave me a wonderful room on the upper level. Also answered questions about walking alone at night giving helpful advice. I felt very welcomed. "
