"Great Breakfast!!..Good staff..parking good."

"The evening/weekend staff is not helpful or friendly at all. I had a room reserved for three and needed to use the sofa bed but the room didn’t have any blankets or pillows for it. When I asked, I was told they were all out. How does a hotel run out of pillows and blankets? I asked for a third towel and was told I had to come get it because they didn’t do “room service.” Room is advertised as coming with an iron and ironing board and ours was missing. They told me they didn’t have any extras. We had even called ahead of time to confirm they had one so I persisted and they had to go take one from another room. The hot tub was dirty. You couldn’t even see the bottom. The main manager was nice and apologetic about my concerns, but that doesn’t excuse all the problems."

"It was disappointing in the cleanliness of the room. The room was dusty and bed not properly made. As far as the bathroom the shower was terrible to the point I had to call the front desk to send someone to clean the shower. The shower floor and tiles had stains and grime. Mirror had water and toothpaste stains and the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. "

"I found a cockroach on the ground in the bedroom so I started looking around the property and found lots more, especially under the bed. I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. I was also informed that they do not have a way to clean under the beds. When I put my son back in his car seat, he has a little cockroach wing on his face. If you have kids, especially littles, stay away. I wouldn’t stay there regardless of whether I had children or not. "
