"Our room faced the pool and jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi pump is making a terrible whistling noise, and we had to close our balcony door whenever it was in use. We reported the issue to reception, but they didn't do anything about it. "

"The staff was incredibly friendly and seemed eager to assist if it was needed. The rooms are nothing fancy but had all we needed since we were there for hiking and not just lounging at the hotel. We loved that the hotel still uses actual room keys inside of swiping a card, it made it feel home-y! We had an excellent stay and would gladly stay here again! "
