"I stay at this location every time I have meetings in the area. The staff are friendly and try to accommodate when they can. I have always enjoyed the breakfast, there’s something for everyone to eat (vegans included). I will return!"

"Super friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff. Nice, clean, and affordable hotel in a good location. I will definitely be staying again when in Toronto next."

"We stay there regularly when have sick kids appointments. This time was for surgery. Staff are always friendly...only mishap this time was the dresser drawer wasn't checked when they last cleaned room and they're was still clothes in it...but they were quick to remove them when I let them know and very apologetic. People are human things sometimes get missed...I don't sweat the small stuff :)"

"My stay was very nice. I especially enjoyed the wooded area in the courtyard. A bit of nature in the city."

"Breakfast was delicious. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We could not hear the highway. Will be coming here again in the future!"

"Nice big room at a great price. No problem with the hotel at all. Markham is just very busy."

"Helpful staff. Location is very convenient, close to highway and all main streets."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff polite and helpful. Decent breakfast. Nicest hotel we’ve stayed in in this area!! Will be our go to when visiting Richmond Hill/Markham. "

"Loved this hotel. Once you figure out the parking (you have to park under the mall) the hotel is on the 12th floor (which is different but cool). The elevators are super fast. Never waited for them at all. The room was beautiful..we were upgraded to a suite. The kitchen would be more useful if there were actually anything to use in it, but we didn’t need it anyway. I think you have to ask if you plan on using it for cooking. Overall recommend this hotel. As for the location, I think it’s great....

"Great location in Markham. Lots of parking spots. Staff were friendly. Rooms were well kept and clean. It is good they have gym access at the club next door. "

"The staff is very helpful. There aren't many breakfast choices, but it's good enough. The hotel is a bit old, but the maintenance is good and it's clean."

"Clean ! Nice staff. Will stay here again."

"The hotel is overall excellent. I stay there quite often. The staff are friendly and I have noticed some very nice upgrades. Only drawback is the carpets. They should be changed or repla ed with a different flooring."
