We were put in a room on the first floor by dinning hall and it’s was noisy. Not a lot of sleep.

Very nice building, we were able to get in early since our room was ready. We had a crazy start at 5.30am to get to Ohare to get here, so we were tired. We had to wait for 1hr to get our car from Avis - they said this is normal. Thank You for letting us in early to rest!!

The suite was large, updated and very clean. The kitchen had some stainless steel cookware which was a real plus…most rentals have damaged teflon. The staff made us feel so welcomed. Everything about our stay there was excellent.

Everything is amazing beautiful and perfect. If you are a light sleeper, be aware of fact a light rail train runs by one side of the hotel and a warning/safety bell rings a couple times an hour as it goes by outside. Personally I can sleep through anything and it didn't bother me at all, but I just kept thinking that if I were a light sleeper it would have been a problem and I was a little surprised that nobody has mentioned it previously in the reviews. I found accommodations (for 3-STAR hotel) excellent

I have had to visit Phoenix multiple times and every time I get a hotel it’s a crud show. Not this time. The staff was AMAZING and friendly, rooms were big and clean. Nice big bathroom, big entry way and nice pictures on the walls. I was beyond impressed especially for the price. I will not be staying at any hotels in Phoenix except this one from now on out. Thanks La Quinta!

Great stay

Great hotel in great location. Clean, good breakfast, nice facilities, friendly staff, and convenient to lots of restaurants. Have stayed there twice and will definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! The pool with dj is awesome! Her music is great! The view at the roof top is fantastic! And of course food is always delicious:)

It was a 3 1/2 star that was only Read it added tune Haus star I would suggest sting at this place

I've been staying here since it was 3 palms, never a problem. It is getting dated- paint the pots by the pool that hold plants and trees, fix the pool up where its starting to cumble under the walkway and fix the hot tub, get that outdoor bar going again for guests, play some music at the pool even if its an XM radio app etc some noise of music would help ALOT! get someone with a net to gather all the leaves and debris out of pool daily. Get someone to power wash the sidewalks and stairs they...
