Family was really friendly and we felt very welcomed.
We rented the 2 bedroom apartment that was well equipped and very comfortable. It was actually a detached house with a lot of privacy.
The staff and hotel ended up as a great memory from the trip.

"hotel parfait, au calme, mais en même temps très proche d'Alghero (10 mn en voiture). Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et aux petits soins. la chambre était très bien. Possibilité de petits snacks le midi (salades, plateau fromage charcuterie..). Menu unique le soir (il change tous les jours) mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester.

Excellent location within walking distance of old town and port. Bus stops nearby if mobility an issue. No on site evening restaurant but plenty within walking distance. Handy for many attractions.

"The hotel is outdated but very clean and has a nice breakfast, a great location near the beach, a grocery store across the street and lovely staff.
I'd rather they don't do unnecessary renovations to keep the prices reasonable.

There were two of us traveling together and decided to stay in one room, the only option online through Expedia was a single bed room so we booked that and hoped for the best. When we arrived to Bonsai (arrived two hours before check-in), we were welcomed by Christian, a hotel staff member and offered a breakfast free of charge. After eating, our room was not ready for check-in so we waited patiently. Once the room was ready we were allowed to choose to stay in the room that we originally booked...
Fantastic hotel. About 5 minute walk from marina and 10 minute walk to downtown. Free parking just around the corner. Front desk staff was so kind, accommodating, spoke perfect English, really lovely. Room was spotless, recently updated, very quiet at night, with AC, comfortable bed, nice shower. Dojem kazil jen hluk z ulice - projíźdějící velmi hlučné motorky, dveře v koupelně, které drhly o podlahu a šly špatněji otvírat a zavírat, je potřeba zabrousit ,aby neskřípaly
upadávající klika u dveří na terasu, která mi zůstala v ruce - je třeba ji přišroubovat.
Jinak spokojenost.

Very attractive resort, Mediterranean but modern property extends side to side with buildings in a U, so everyone has a view. Staff was so friendly and helpful from front desk to bartenders. Spacious patio overlooking the sea. Only issue was probably personal- bed was a bit hard. But I made a comfy place in the daybed and slept very well.
It’s like part hostel part hotel. It was fine for what we needed but the front desk staff was very unhelpful. The room was fine. The location to train and bus station was great.
