The staff make this hotel! Super helpful, they made me and my wife feel at home during our two week stay. Starting with the free breakfast, the attentive staff made sure all our needs were met. Their front desk, with Duty Manager, Yatin, was very helpful with arranging for transport to different locations we needed to visit. He gave us very helpful suggestions and was the overall "go to" person! The room was clean and well kept. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was fresh...

Great property!

The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located to all the shopping areas in khar and santacruz. Also lots of good restaurants in Bandra or khar are just 5 to 10 mts away. The breakfast in the hotel is good and so is staff.

All staff was awesome , Abdul our housekeeper you rock. Banquet staff was great They even cut a cake for us

Next to the airport. Property well maintained and has a very boutique feel to it.

Although I did not use the restaurants, etc., everything was first rate. (This was my first time in staying in a "smart room", and it took some getting used to...) Having free pickup and drop off at the airport was a nice bonus.

We found that staffs were very friendly. And room was well kept and clean. Also, facility was near to train station.

Excellent hotel and great service

Our stay was great! We stayed 4 nights as it was central for getting to many different areas in Mumbai rather quickly. The hotel is VERY clean, efficient and friendly staff, the lobby is modern and contemporary, tall ceilings and big windows make this bright and airy. The rooms are an okay size, the beds are very comfortable and the linens are really white and clean! Lots of good pressure and hot water....so you have a good shower. WiFi service was fine.
