"Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "

We stayed in the Junior Suite and it offered a nice layout for a family of 4. The location walkable to the Old Town and there was a delicious restaurant in the building.
The Dolder Grand is simply the finest hotel in which I’ve ever stayed. From staff service to the amenities of which there are many, to the accommodations themselves, the Dolder Grand is unmatched in quality by any standards.
The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable
Even in the hallway comming of the lift, were always apples waiting for you \Location is very good.
Is is close to the famous Bahnhofstrasse, the picturesque Rennweg. the Lake to take
a sightseeing trip on one of the boats.

Very pleasant. Five minute walk to old town and major shopping street. Roof top sitting area to enjoy a view on to the city with a drink. Restaurant, sitting area etc. Well done in keeping with a smaller European hotel.
We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. Truly wonderful location! Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. The views of the Limmat and the industrial quarter all the way to Uetilberg from our 6th floor windows were really stellar! We liked being able to open the big window for some fresh Spring air! The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..
