"Wonderful little boutique hotel in a great part of town. Close to the park and lake and lots of good restaurants, coffee shops etc. Sweet spot! Highly recommend!"

"A quick refuge from the west side of Austin (or AUS airport), I wouldn’t define as luxury, but certainly welcoming and satisfying, with the vibe of a mountaintop overlooking Texas hill country. Maitre de of restaurant a fine fellow, surprisingly delicious kale salad, good wine available. Room was comfortable, 8th floor gave great views of the countryside. Would definitely stay there again, especially if arriving in the afternoon or evening with plans to continue on the road next day."

"The room is simple yet progressive and hip with technology. The lobby and dining area is artsy and representative of Austin and beyond. Most importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable. The staffing model at Citizen M allows for staff to be cross functional and share the tip pool. They appear to work very well together. The location is also perfect if you wish to enjoy Austin’s downtown charm."
