"The hotel staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were exceptional. But I left very frustrated overall and it was not worth the cost. The parking garage wasn’t working when we arrived, which incurred extra fees. The elevators were painfully slow, often leading to 10 minute waits. The room itself was very tiny, making it difficult to manage with 2 adults and 2 young children. Our window was closed off due to construction equipment blocking any view. Then were the neighbours. Due to the poor sealing around the main door, you could hear everyone and everything in the hall; from screaming kids to the party groups. Overall, a very suboptimal stay."

"The place is starting to show its age, there was rusty crome pieces in the shower, and we went for breakfast that was supposed to be included and at 10:15 everything was empty, it was a bit disappointing so we bought breakfast instead. Staff is friendly and helpful but hotel needs done updating"

"There was a room down the hall that kept slamming their door and being really loud in the hallway. I called and complained for 2 hours and nothing happened. Upon checkout I was told that there was inly a $100 hold on my credit card, but when I checked my credit card there were 2 pending charelges of $100 each."
