Cass Bonita is located in a residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes by car from the city. The hotel provides a shuttle until 5 pm. We arranged an airport pickup and drop off and were charged a reasonable fee. We were upgraded at no charge to a bigger room with our own balcony. A wonderful stay. Behind an imposing black metal gate, a beautiful hideaway a short (5-10 minutes) walk from major attractions - with plenty of dining options in the immediate area. Was hesitate about the waterless toilets, but will assure you, a non issue! The material you place in the bowl after using the bathroom annihilates any lingering odor. Casa Antonieta was incredible! If you have the chance to stay here, you should without question. The staff here was so attentive and helpful with arrangements and recommendations. Their response time to emails was some times nearly instantaneous and everything they recommended was top notch. The room was spacious and relaxing, and had a shower with great water pressure. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and Mezcalerias all within a few blocks. I look forward to staying at Casa Antonieta again...
super great staff. we had a spacious room and it was well decorated and beautiful. we had drinks at the bar just once and they were overall solid. extremely good location. AC was kinda finicky but overall i’d stay here again easily.
It was beautiful. Beyond our expectations. Great ambiance. Staff was on top of everything, super friendly and helpful. They truly made tis experience the best! While at the coffee bar, my 7 year old daughter wanted a milk chocolate drink that was not on the menu and the two young guys at the bar offered to make it. They truly make it special! Definitely recommend.
The hotel was amazing and in an ideal location. We were on a girls trip. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. We walked everywhere. I highly recommend it.
The staff is absolutely welcoming, charming and helpful. There's a beautiful park and fountain across the street and a larger park, with yummy street food, balloons, and a large Friday market, just a block away. The hotel keeps cones on the street for convenient customer parking. My stay here was a bit over my budget, a splurge at the end of a two month backpacking trip. But absolutely, I will stay here again on my next visit.
It is a 10 room hotel family operated and always available to help and guide visitors. Both Sylvia and Clara were welcoming attentive. Breakfast is made very morning at the request of the guest with one day advance notice at a very reasonable additional fee. Beautiful place to stay! We were there for a couple of days and it was very accesible to everything around us. So many places to eat around the hotel. Everyday our room was very clean I appreciated the help from the front desk when we needed it. I would 10/10 recommend this place and would stay again!
I am rating this hotel as 5 stars as it's not a luxury hotel, but it's at the top of its class. Spotlessly clean, accommodating & friendly service. Embarrassingly I speak no Spanish, but the staff easily compensated.
Oaxaca is a busy and noisy place, it is not easy to find a really quiet place to stay there. We had a junior suite which basically means a bigger standard room It was clean, very quiet, nicely appointed and had a very nice bath. The staff we uniformly helpful and friendly.
