The carpets and furnishings are badly needing updated. Also there was only one decent helpful receptionist. He was very good and friendly. The night receptionist was unhelpful, rude and unapproachable. If I had any problems, I wouldn't want to go to him for any assistance. He didn't even greet us when we entered the building...
