"This hotel is a must stay place if you’re visiting lord Padmanabhaswamy temple in Trivandrum. Though they say it is 300 meters from the temple- the South Gate is actually 1.5kms from here and is minimum auto fare. The rooms are well kept and clean. The boys at the front desk - Sovin, Pranav and Vaishnav are all extremely customer focused and very helpful. The breakfast is wholesome and a great meal in itself. I did have some patient problems for the pay at hotel option while using Expedia - but...
"Excellent staff in restaurant and housekeeping. Reception was unfortunately both snobbish and inefficient. They made my life uncomfortable and attempted to stop me leaving in case I used the minibar. Guests are not thieves."

On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome.
The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. Vivanta is truly blessed to have these beautiful people as their staff. They need help, please see they get the help. Thank you for a very comfy stay.

The staff was extraordinary and gave us a great deal of assistance and effort. We felt very cared for. Shyam was invaluable in his care and assistance in navigating a new culture for us. An incredible employee in the breadth of his knowledge and his willingness to answer every question.
I was personally welcomed by Mr. Rajneesh Bhatt and Ms. Winona Gopal Das who offered their assistance. I am impressed by their cordiality and professionalism.
I stayed for 4 days. Didn’t get a chance to dine-in, so not sure of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance from the city center and all its attractions. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It’s easy to catch an auto from the front of the hotel. The location is slightly sketchy.
The hotel is perfectly placed well back from the main road, just out of the very central area and it's easy to get anywhere from there. The rooms are big and spacious and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. A great rooftop swimming pool with views of the city and lots of restaurants very close by, including good ones in the hotel itself
1. We had to spend a few hours before going to the airport and this was a perfect spot.
2. Driving-in is a little misleading as you hit a dead end on the ocean and a narrow left takes you to wide parking lot. Perfect location.
3. The land lady and staff are very nice. Room is very functional. Ocean view terrace is very useful specially when friends visit.
4. Complementary 24 hr drop to either airport is too good.

I had a wonderful experience at Sea Face. My massage from Indu was amazing. Each day I had a massage and was extremely happy. The front desk was most accommodating and my room was cool, clean and santized. My room facee the sea with a large balcony. The pool was clean and with staff available to help.
My second visit to this hotel and not my last You don't go to Ideal for 5 star facilities but go for 5 star service, most pleasant atmosphere and tranquillity. Intimate hotel where every guest is important . All the staff from the Manager Shamer to Chef Binu to the security -seem to be hand picked . Great food , excellent therapist great hotel. Cannot wait for my next visit
