"The hotel is five star for Bulgaria. Responsive, pleasant, and attentive staff, food was plentiful and varied, however there is little change from day to day. We loved spending time at the swimming pool with our two kids, going the nearby beach and exploring the surroundings like the Konstantin & Elena town. "The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so getting there without a car can be quite difficult. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was varied, high-quality, and delicious. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. All good but the staff was not trained to inform all discounts on the property which could saved us unnecessary expenses but the the guest service lady diductrd all our missed discount from our final bill.
The hotel is brand new and gives you a boutique feeling. We had a trouble with the room, but they compensate us with free drinks which comforted us.
The dinner and the service was beyond good.
The breakfast wasn’t the best experience because half of the things weren’t available at 09:30 (breakfast is till 10:30), but what we had it was great taste.

I went there with my mother and my grandmother. My grandmother has difficulties walking, so it was crucial for the hotel to be close to the beach. This one is less than five minutes away from the beach and just next to the main street, so excellent location.
We also had full board and the food was excellent. There was always plenty of food and a great variety of dishes. They always had something traditional Bulgarian.
On the down side, the hotel is quite old and the rooms are rather small....
It was a nice family vacation. We were in on of the luxury apts and it was very nice. The breakfast was included, and we enjoyed the pool also. The only problem with the room was that the water was not running in the bathtub; however, the other shower was working. I would recommend this place no matter what.
We had a wonderful time and very satisfied with our room. The breakfast was good. Only one complaint. We had ask the desk for a taxis to take us to the airport which was there on time. My problem was that we took the cab from the airport and the fare was 17.65 to the hotel. On the way back the fare was 40.52 which was more than double the charge.
