Hotels in Albena

I went there with my mother and my grandmother. My grandmother has difficulties walking, so it was crucial for the hotel to be close to the beach. This one is less than five minutes away from the beach and just next to the main street, so excellent location. We also had full board and the food was excellent. There was always plenty of food and a great variety of dishes. They always had something traditional Bulgarian. On the down side, the hotel is quite old and the rooms are rather small....

All good but the staff was not trained to inform all discounts on the property which could saved us unnecessary expenses but the the guest service lady diductrd all our missed discount from our final bill.

The hotel is brand new and gives you a boutique feeling. We had a trouble with the room, but they compensate us with free drinks which comforted us. The dinner and the service was beyond good. The breakfast wasn’t the best experience because half of the things weren’t available at 09:30 (breakfast is till 10:30), but what we had it was great taste. Everything is great about this hotel. I travel a lot of work in US and abroad. W hotel was my favorite until I saw this hotel. I was very impressed.

We started with the left foot. Management stepped up and made our stay, a wonderful one! We couldn’t be happier and more delighted. People st this property is what makes the place a wonderful one!

This has to be one of the best hotels in Varna! The breakfast was delicious, the cleaning staff takes care of the room every day, my room had an incredible view, and the location is perfect for both sightseeing, going to the beach, and has lots of restaurants nearby.

The young girl at the reception, beautiful also, was smart and helpful. I dont know her name. She found out my mistake of double reservation at the same day, and corrected me with two days reservation. I was not aware of my mistake. It was agreat favour for me. Cleanness is also great at the hotel.

Beautiful Bulgaria.... who knew? One of our best vacations ever! Melia Grand is just that..Grand! we upgraded to level guest, well worth it. There is nothing negative I can say about the hotel or staff, all were wonderful! Will definitely use Melia in the future.
