"Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Could use some updates. Room included a kitchen with sink, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Dishes and utensils were also included. Property has beautiful vegetation, some being exotic. Manager was quite congenial."

A group of 7 siblings took a road trip last year and we happenned to find this little jewel of a hotel by accident as the one we had chosen was not available. We had a 2 night stay and we all fell in love with this beautiful property. We enjoyed it so much we decided to do it again this year and had just as great a stay if not better as this time around most of the construction that was being done last year was completed and we were able to enjoy the full completed property.

La pasamos muy bien, el hotel está muy bonito y bien cuidado, el agua de la alberca está calientita y la comida muy rica. Si lo recomiendo. Además tienen servicios de spa.
Great short stay at Hacienda del Lago. Staff was excellent. Owner of establishment personally gave me a lift to restaurant on a busy Saturday afternoon and taxi's were booked.
Make it clear where the place is located. Also a better visual at the entrance to identify it.
The directions provided by Hotels.com were incorrect. I set to a diferent location, totally wrong. And when I called the number, no one answered. So, needles to say, I struggled to find it. Other then that, it is a very nice place.
We are already planning on going back sometime in the near future.
