"Well-located hotel, super clean, quiet with helpful, friendly staff. There's great art throughout the hotel and clearly a lot of love has been involved in creating the business. Good value - recommended!"

"Staff offered a “free upgrade” to a junior suit, we had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be ready. When we got given our room the room did not look like pictures at all. Yes it was bigger but the “upgraded” room was outdated, dirty, and to be honest creepy. It was like the rest of the hotel had been refurbed apart from this room, it was hidden away down one of the corridors. The room also had an issue with a loud buzzing sound, which we complained about and thankfully we got moved to our original room booking. I don’t know how staff thought it was an upgrade. The standard room was fine, and lovely, looked like the pictures. Do not book the junior suit. "

"Polite staff, excellent central location, quirky parking (but at least it exists). My only complaint was the mismatch in price of parking between the website and reality - it is 15 EUR per day, which is also the price of all the paid parking facilities in the area. "

"Amazing! Travelled with our 10 month old baby and would recommend to anyone staying in Sofia. Hotel was immaculate, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was stunning and so spacious. We even had mini toiletries in the bathroom specifically for our baby and a cot was provided free of charge. 100% recommend. "
