Great hotel in a central location, very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with good choice. Only negative during the week long stay - Saturday night was very busy/ noisy in the surrounding area around St.Julian’s but rest of week was much quieter. Good location with great selection of restaurants.

We had a lovely stay and would recommend this property. The only issue we had was that our pre-arranged hotel transfer was not actually arranged. The hotel did not confirm that booking, so we ended up using the taxi stand, which was fine. You are a bit outside of the main areas in Malta, but it was a lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed the restaurants around the hotel too. Great views at breakfast! Nice, quiet rooms with comfortable beds! We loved the partial sea view.
Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property. Amazing staff. Incredible amenities. Central to amazing locations. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful decor. We rented car (also they drive opposite side of the road in Malta) but this helped get around quicker. Will definitely come back on Holiday.
It was honestly the best thing about my visit in Malta. Should i return to Malta would definitely pick this hotel as its close to everything has good breakafast options, excellent cleaning and super smart overall.

Location was perfect walking distance to the night life . Make sure you stop for breakfast in the morning and please talk to Michael. He’s a wealth of knowledge of the island. Give him four minutes of your time every day and he knows the dues and don’ts this guy is definitely an asset to the hotel. He made our trip much better by guiding us where to go and we’re not to thanks again Michael we will be back.
Very happy about our stay at San Karlu Hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern with all amenities. The breakfast was outstanding and the employees were great. The hotel was centrally located surrounded by historic buildings and great restaurants.
The apartment I was offered was very nice, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The apartment was just a few steps away from a hotel in a new building. I had a lot of space to spread out and relax. The apartment offered all the amenities I needed, such as a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning in both the living room and in the bedroom, a washer, and fast WiFi.
