Very nice stay in the heart of Nice. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, nice parks, 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Old Nice. Highly recommend!!
Exquisite hotel! Service was impeccable. The two restaurants and the bar were beyond exceptional. This hotel is simply top notch. From its history, to all its ornamental architecture, to all of its artwork, we simply did not want to leave. Fascinating stay. Well trained staff who exceeds every expectation.
From the moment we arrived, Pierre welcomed us like old friends. He made us a cup of coffee and held our bags until our room became available. We toured a bit and upon return our bags were in our room. The room was well styled, comfortable, dark and quiet. His daughter gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and transportation. It is a gem of a hotel.

Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street. Great view. If arriving at night, hotel 15 from Nice airport. 15 min walk to old town Nice. Numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
A truly fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Traveling as a solo female I felt safe and loved the beautiful decorations in the room, which was also quite large! Very walkable to everything including public transport, the beach, and old town. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again, thanks for a wonderful stay!
the rooms were well appointed with queen size beds. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The light breakfast is excellent. The view is amazing and is in an excellent location with in a block from the park and ocean. there is not air conditioning but the time of year I went was lovely and did not require it. Also, if you are unable to take stairs I would say this location is not for you because there is not a lift.
Very clean and beautiful boutique hotel. Recently renovated. We booked 2 executive rooms. They varied a bit in size and layout but were decent in size, and balcony views were amazing. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good as well. We loved the location. Close walk to all the touristy places but located in a pretty quiet neighborhood. No crazy crowds or loud noises beyond what is expected from a city. Staff speaks multiple languages, so there was no issue communicating.
We liked everything about the hotel except the pettiness of having to purchase our coffee cartridges for the Nespresso machine in our room! After the first night, we were told that we had to pay for them! For the price of the room they really should be free! What hotel does that?
Hotel could not have been better. Such a beautiful area, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station, eat breakfast while looking at the cathedral, and attached to a cafe with a ton of gluten free options. The staff were also all so absolutely lovely and helpful, every single one went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this place enough!
We had a very nice three day stay at this hotel, despite the fact that the airline lost my luggage for a week and we had to keep calling them to see if there was any news. But all the people at Villa Rivoli were very kind, and breakfast in their garden with cut knit egg cosies was delightful. The location is very convenient and the rooms are not large but do have a certain charm.

The staff was attentive and responsive to my messages and with out every need! We needed directions or taxi we had Yasmine and Austin take care of my sons and me. We enjoyed coffee and refrigerator for ledt overs and a balery and grocer was across the street. The locawas outstanding and near ever place we wannted to go during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!
We loved staying at Hotel Neptune. Its proximity to the tram, beach and promenade, restaurants, etc, were perfect. The size of the room was just fine for two travelers and our suitcases. We didn’t unpack as there’s room to do so but were able to hang up a few items. The full shower was great as well.

I stayed at 8 hotels while visiting Nice for 15 days. This was by far my favorite overall factoring in price, location, service, comfort, etc. The staff was friendly especially Philippe. I stayed in a double room and a suite. The suite is only necessary if you need another single bed, otherwise the quality and amenities are the same. The jacuzzi tubs are the best feature. The decor is modern and classy. The rooms are very clean and have irons, safes, extra pillows, closets, hair dryers,...
My very first time visiting France in general and Hotel Busby didn’t disappoint! So close to everything and very safe for solo female traveler like me! Friendly staff, clean hotel and very walkable to all the famous attractions in Nice! Highly recommend!
