"En cuanto a los aspectos positivos, el hotel cuenta con una ubicación excelente y muy céntrica, a poca distancia de diversos restaurantes y lugares de interés cultural. Además, hay una estación de autobús justo enfrente la cual resultó sumamente conveniente. También quisiera destacar el desayuno buffet; la variedad y calidad superaron mis expectativas, y el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. No obstante, debo mencionar un inconveniente importante respecto a las habitaciones. El aislamiento sonoro es deficiente, lo que compromete la privacidad. Podía escuchar con total claridad a las personas de la habitación contigua, hasta el punto de sentir que había alguien dentro de mi propia habitación. Asimismo, el ruido proveniente del exterior se percibe con demasiada intensidad."

The staff member who assisted me had an attitude, and the service felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Aside from that, everything else at the hotel was great. With a more positive and professional front desk experience, it would have been a perfect stay."
