This hotel was better than I expected, In addition to clean room and great service, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I was impressed with the security detail as well since the hotel is located in a very crowded commercial area. The hotel has an excellent restaurant attached to it. Overall, great experience, would recommend to any one who travels to Bangalore.

If like luxury and comfort, they got everything you want.

Room was clean. Cleaned every day. Front desk was extremely helpful. Room service was gready. Laundry done in time. Will recommend to friends.

I loved the dental location and such next level customer service

We had a great time. The hotel staff were polite and courteous. They provided us with a Crib for our infant. The food was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay as usual was top notch. Comfort, quality of service and food in a very relaxing, caring atmosphere for families highly recommend!

Good value for money- small rooms, but clean and modern with a great view. Staff let me do a late checkout, which was nice, but reception was hard to reach from the room.

Staff and hotel itself was OK but carpet of room has some stains and surrounding was not pleasant

It was great. Just that the renovation of the reception was a bummer. The first night we had a bunch of very noisy group of corporate folks right outside our room on the lawns. We should have not been put into that room at all. I am sure there were other rooms in different section available.

This was, by far, our best experience at a hotel in India. Friendly, courteous service, buffet was expansive and delicious. Location was perfect as it was central to various friends and relatives. Restaurants were nearby. Ubers were easy to get. We will definitely return.

I stayed in three hotels in Bangalore, I have no single complain about this one. I came here after surgery, check in was fast, I couldn't go to breakfast in the morning due to my condition, the hotel staff brought me complementary breakfast in the room every morning, room service is fast and they have good selections. The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training.
