Hotels in Chickpet

This hotel was better than I expected, In addition to clean room and great service, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I was impressed with the security detail as well since the hotel is located in a very crowded commercial area. The hotel has an excellent restaurant attached to it. Overall, great experience, would recommend to any one who travels to Bangalore.

My girlfriend asked me to write this review. We've stayed at dozens of hotels together and never once has she been so impressed that she implored me to write. The front-desk staff was excellent ... during check-in and also with a handful of requests that my girlfriend and I made during our stay. The housekeeping staff was superb -- we made a half-dozen different requests (for towels, an iron box, and more) and each was answered promptly and courteously. We also dined in-room twice -- the...

I loved the dental location and such next level customer service

Excellent

I stayed in three hotels in Bangalore, I have no single complain about this one. I came here after surgery, check in was fast, I couldn't go to breakfast in the morning due to my condition, the hotel staff brought me complementary breakfast in the room every morning, room service is fast and they have good selections. The only downside is their hotel taxi is very expensive, they charge you for roundtrip even if you going oneway, to avoid this call Meru taxi service in advance +91-8044224422. I...

My husband and my whole family stayed here for three days and night. The staff was extremely accommodating especially since I have an invalid mother-in-law. This is a very secure hotel. Room service was very efficient. I would suggest this hotel to most everyone. Moreover, they were very helpful in arranging vehicles and transport to go places in Bangalore even though they were a bit far from of the central locations. The hotel is located near a mall with plenty of fast food options nearby...

I stayed two nights for a business trip in Bangalore. It was my first time in India so I didn't know what to expect. I arrived at 3am due do a flight delay and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room is what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. My best memory is from the absolutely huge breakfast buffet. Try every option, you won't regret it.

Great location in the heart of the city

The service and room with its ameno was excellent

Very conveniently located, the oberoi was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make it a very pleasant experience.

Good place to stay. Dining options in and around the hotel are perhaps the best in B’lore. Staff in the restaurant we found a bit apathetic but ultimately helpful and nice

This was, by far, our best experience at a hotel in India. Friendly, courteous service, buffet was expansive and delicious. Location was perfect as it was central to various friends and relatives. Restaurants were nearby. Ubers were easy to get. We will definitely return.

During my travels to India I have stayed at the Vivanta Taj hotels, not just in Bengaluru, but in other Indian cities as well. Room service, comfort and their food are excellent with one exception specifically at the Bengaluru location. When you order complimentary fruits (advertised in the room), make sure you call room service service at least a few times. During two of my stays at the hotel this month, the first time the fruits were never delivered; the second time I had to call twice after...

Stayed here for 10 days on business. Awesome restaurant staff Yeshwant always checking on you if you need anything. Neha , guest experience manager, checking if everything is OK everyday. Kritika, room cleaning, checking everyday if you need anything else in the room . They remember your preferences. Very clean, comfy, new hotel in central bangalore right next to a big mall, lots of restaurants. You can still smell the paint in corridors. Hotel in general and rooms in particular are a bit...

The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. The cleaning crew on the 14th floor, Liu, Attithya, Sruthi and Joanna were outstanding and kept our room in great shape. Jocelyn and all the staff in the 15th floor club made sure my...
