"We were in Edmonton for spring break. There were lots of kids in the pool and parents in the hot tub. Very busy. The breakfast room ran out of food especially eggs which was their only protein food. We had to ask for yogurt. It felt like the hotel was trying hard to keep afloat. Maybe it was just a busy time to be there. Overall it did the job and we had warm comfortable nights."

"Time for a clean up of the parking and main entrance to the hotel. Elevators are slow, when they are working which is rare. No access to streaming services from the room TV,s No morning coffee. Sorry I won’t stay here again."

"Stayed here multiple times the location is perfe t for anything your doing. Hockey concerts, plays, w.e it is. They have everything ckoae too.food chains, higher end dinning experiences, shoppign nearby. Downside the securtiy door on the main floor is horrible. Wa over half way down the hall and it would wake us up. 2 3 4 5 am. Maybe put up a sign to warn guests. Room we had was hopefully being ipgraded as we had only 1 bedisde table and no dresser at all.. which ws just odd. But the staff have always been great and rooms are clean "
