"Vi bestilte to premium rom på hotellet, litt basert på bildene hotellet selv hadde tatt. Bildene viser nok en mer stylet versjon enn virkeligheten, men rommene var ganske store og sengene store og behagelige. Servicen på hotellet var utmerket, og praktisk med restaurant vegg i vegg. God frokost. Ca 5 minutter med taxi fra Plaza de Armas var også greit. Minus for at det ikke var vannkoker og hårføner på rommet, og mye tepper på gulvet er nok ikke så allergivennlig. Men vi hadde fine dager med...

"Wow what a find this hotel was. My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful character filled building and our room was spotlessly clean and felt very luxurious. The breakfast on the rooftop with fabulous views of the mountains and volcanoes each morning was a real highlight. "Great customer service! They held our bags while we went on Cola Canyon overnight hike. Had them ready in our room when we returned. Great location in pedestrian section of historic district. Made a breakfast to go for our early tour departure. Highly recommend!"
