Outstanding reception and stay! The gardens were beautiful, hotel was perfectly chic, and the room was comfortable. Upscale shopping outlets and movie theater are within a block...and a nice walking path to a lake with a fun, casual bar are all in the neighborhood!
A very charming old building set in beautiful grounds. It seems popular with locals who enjoy to eat there and some stay for longer than just the meal. The staff were very friendly and took care of all my needs. I stayed for dinner and was not disappointed, quality cuisine at a reasonable price and the care attention of the staff continued. The room was cosy and charming and I had a pleaseant night's sleep.

Right from the start the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. My room #3 was what all hotel rooms aspire to be - large, comfortable and great bathroom with spa tub. Extremely quiet and comfortable bed as well. Nice welcome with free appetizer. Would highly recommend staying there!
I am so glad I chose The Social Hub Maastricht for my stay in this fantastic, beautiful city. The staff at this hotel are so engaging, friendly, helpful and personable. The main lobby is a bar and coffee shop with tables and chairs one can use for any purpose (I did a lot of blogging on my computer here) There is also a ping-pong table and a piano (which I played - it needs tuning!) I arrived very late and left early so I cannot judge the breakfast etc, but everything was good and the bed was very comfortable, room was spacious with a with a nice decor. Easy check-in and check-out.
It is my second stay at this hotel because the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property is very conveniently located across the central station so you can drop off my luggage right away and go into the town even if you arrive before 3 pm check in time. A perfect location when you are traveling by train.
