"Hotel booked and paid few weeks before visit to make sure we have place to stay for New Years Eve. Few minutes before arrival reception desk told us they do not have our reservation and they are fully booked. Expedia help desk managed to find alternative accommodation. "

Self -service check-in instructions were a little bit of a logic puzzle but we were able to the phone number to speak with an assistant but ultimately figured it out on my own before the agent could understand my misunderstanding.
