"Great location and very busy on the weekends. You can do a lot better for parking on Spothero.com. Try it! The property is an aging up Hilton from the 1990’s. Comfortable, brown and beige and in need of an overhaul. But the pool is rather majestic. Sky high, glass enclosed, well heated and open very early. That goes a long way for me."

"Wonderful place to stay with children! The location was perfect for our adventures. We ended up needing a couple of extras for the room (a blanket, towels….a microwave!) and the staff was very accommodating!"

"Older property but locations is great! One block from miracle mile. Rooftop bar was great. Staff wonderful! Had a fitness center that I didn’t use but it was quite large with lots of equipment. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not spectacular. The bus stop is one block from hotel and runs frequently if you need to go downtown. Also can want subway station to go back and forth from airport. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby!"

"We enjoy the Rye restaurant and bar. Food is great and bar area is quaint and people are friendly. Parked at Arcadia Towers using spot heroes, since garage was full. Much cheaper than hotel parking, but no ins and outs !!! "

"The Freehand is my go to place every time I'm in Chicago. It is a bohemian treasure and attracts interesting tourists, many from Europe. Good location, just by Eataly in the River North area, and I always have no trouble finding nearby parking on SpotHero. I've stayed here a few times now, and it feels like my 2nd home in Chicago. It has some hostel like qualities, but I've stayed in other hostels and this one is an upgrade. Reminds me of The Jane in New York. We especially love renting a full...

"What a cute hotel right in the middle of everything. The staff is great, the location is ideal, and it's a walking distance to Magnificent Mile, Oak St beach (very popular in the summer!) Navy Pier and many other things. My sleep quality was excellent. Love the seating area/coffee/bar on the ground floor. Only gripes: Sometimes the internet is not the strongest. And checkout is noon, but housekeeping starts knocking at 11am. Other than that, everything was great."
