"We stayed for many days and would like to thank Frank and the rest of the staff for being very nice and accomodating. Free laundry service was provided. (Very helpful when all your clothes are drenched in sweat from being out in the hot summer). They also provide free water bottles for every day of your stay there. The breakfast buffet is a mix of western and Chinese cuisine if you are interested in trying it. When we had to leave for the airport, the hotel staff were able to help us book a taxi. Just note that there is no elevator in the hotel (since it is an old-fashioned building after all) so you need to be comfortable with walking up and down the stairs. We ended up choosing the 3rd floor to minimize the noise heard from the internal courtyard. If you are sensitive to sound, don't choose the 2nd floor unless no other rooms are available."
