"I booked it partly because it said airport transfer was included, but I never got a reply from them even though I wrote three times. The wifi did not work in my room, only in the lobby. The shower door was falling off the wall and the shower was full of mold. You can hear everything in the room when people are walking by, as the windows are out to the hallway."

"The key card system was not working upon my arrival, so I had to rely on the hotel staff to enter and exit my room. The restaurant was already closed at 9:30 pm when I arrived. I was initially told that my shirts could not be processed within the same day, but this was eventually arranged after I insisted. Overall, this was a below-average experience."

"Nice staff, OK breakfast but they need to do two things: 1) make sure that they can serve against the same menu at the pool bar as in the restaurant as one now have choose between the "light menu" with beer or wine at the pool bar; or the full menu with no beer/wine in the front restaurant. 2) a very old, unresolved, issue: in the corridors with rooms in the 4, 5, 6 and 7-hundreds numbering 01 - 08 - please put some simple sun shades on the corridor windows!!!!! "The air conditioning in the room was broken, haggling about getting me another room with a working AC. "

"Room was very clean with good wifi though not all the lights worked. Plenty of hot water. Staff was courteous and helpful, breakfast was adequate (there is an egg station). Lobby is dark and drab, but location is good, only a few blocks from the Cathdral. In a Muslim area, so no beer served, but a good pizzaria on site."

"Our host was extremely pleasant and helpful. She arranged transport for us from the airport to the hotel and a taxi to a bus station. We left at 5am to take a bus. Our host left us a breakfast to go that was nutritious and delicious including bottled water! We would stay at Hotel Kapital again."
