"Perfect staying place, smells clean and it was clean, well decorated and furnished, communication w management was a breeze, in-house staff were friendly, even after hours texted and got answers.
That will be my choice when returning to Spain, and that was my second time already.
Great service and quality property"
"This place is auto check in right? So if you need a towel because they forgot you were 2 people you need to use one towel for both, easy right? No one will answer you, don’t lose your time. Otherwise not the best place at all"
"Excellent location, spotless rooms, and an outstanding hotel overall. The staff was exceptional, especially Eduardo at the reception desk. He welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, made us feel right at home, and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond to help us find the information we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his excellent service and highly recommend this hotel.."
"Nice hotel close to the airport. 15 mins walk to El retiro. Nice Reims although sink was kind of clogged or at least water run slowly. Walkable area with a market across and around it. A few places to grab a sandwich or coffee very close. Nice staff."
"Solo traveler and loved this hidden gem. Everything was very clean and the staff were really nice. I got my clothes dry cleaned quickly and enjoyed the breakfast."
"Beautiful hotel with a great staff. We rented one of the 4 bed family rooms. It was a great price, very clean, and was perfect for our family for 1 night after arriving in Madrid.."
"Outstanding location, at the heart of the beat district in Madrid, the Salamanca District, luxury shopping, best restaurants, walk-in distance to El Retiro Park.
Great room, great breakfast, pool, gym.
The staff at the breakfast is amazing!"
"Excellent hotel, great breakfast, ideal location & nice views! The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Beatriz who checked us in was wonderful, kind and professional! Gracias por todo!"

Cerro del Tio Pio Park is worth a pic or two when discovering Puente de Vallecas. Let yourself be amazed at the museums and art galleries in the area too.
If museums are on your list of things to see, you might want to browse the collections at Museo de Bomberos in Puente de Vallecas. You can also discover the art galleries and monuments in the area. If you want to see more of the museums in Madrid, Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía and CaixaForum Madrid aren't far.
The Wellington Hotel is very well located and it is truly a 5 star hotel. The service is impeccable, with great amenities, nightly turndown service, and an excellent executive lounge. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The restaurants in he hotel are great, including a michelin starred restaurant.
Hotel and staff are nice. The only quirk is that it requires taking two separate elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room, but no huge deal. Staff and amenities are nice. Breakfast is amazing and definitely worth the added cost. My wife got pregnant here, so 10/10 recommended the bed.
I stayed at this hotel several times. This time with my dog. It was a very pleasant stay. Thé hôtel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Hôtel is walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, parks. Overall a very great stay in Madrid.

Great service and quality property
Great place to stay! Staff were great and room was large with beautiful bathroom, walk in shower. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would strongly recommend staying at the Hotel Regina!
We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.
The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.
Perfect hotel (we had the suite in room 203), best staff (40 Euro for late checkout until 8:30 pm at a 400 Euro per night suite; made reservations everywhere; always with a smile and very helpful); best location!!
We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!
I travel all over the world and I am Expedia VIP level. Never have I seen a staff so excellent. From the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff, all are above and beyond. TRUE 5 STARS service.
Everything was great except for two things. First, there was no coffee maker in the room, which is an absolute must for me in the morning. Second, there was no bar soap or wash cloths. If you're not going to have bar soap, which I strongly prefer, then you need to have wash cloths for the liquid soap, right?
The hotel service and staff are amazing and go out of their way to assist you. This hotel has been my favorite hotel and I have been staying in it everytime I come to Madrid
