"This was my second visit, following last year. I was very satisfied with my previous stay, so this time I decided to stay longer. The hotel still offers great value for the price. All the staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. However, I noticed that the quality of the fruit at breakfast was slightly lower compared to last year. I also remember the club happy hour menu being more varied and generous during my previous stay. The large shopping mall next door is still very convenient for dining and entertainment."

"Was not informed the AC is in Heater mode and no AC during this season. Wifi show connected but was not working at all. Disappointed. Indoor swimming pool need to buy a cap to swim in it and cost RMB50. "

"Booked a 2 double bed room & website states can sleep 4pax, thinking it should be 2 queen size bed. To our horror, the room come with 2 single & when I asked the front office, they told me all their bed are 1.2m. I asked for a 2 queen bed room but was informed that they do not have such room and was introduced a family room for RMB300 for 3 nights. Asked for a receipt or invoice but was informed that do not issue such receipt/invoice. Location not convenient too....."

"Great location! Beautiful views! The room is really clean and comfortable! The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is nice and quiet, foods are well prepared . Will definitely stay here again next time visiting Qing Dao! "
