"A beautiful and quaint hotel, right on the river. Sit on your balcony sipping wine while watching boats go by in the river while birds sing all around. Staff were great, beds were very comfy, rooms were small as is typical for this area. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"What a great hotel 👍 A lovely, historic building in the centre of a gorgeous town with very friendly locals, supermarkets , pubs and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and there is free gated private parking. Breakfast was sooo good. Plus it’s dog friendly (€13.50 supplement) We had a smashing stay and would be delighted to recommend it to everyone. ❤️"

"This was just what we needed for a brief 3 night stay on rail tour of Europe. Close to the Station but area seemed safe and residential. Not difficult to walk or take bus into the centre. Some good restaurants nearby. Clean and tidy without any frills. Breakfast was a good with typical Continental choices."

"Wir hatte zwei sehr hellhörige Doppelzimmer bei denen es kein warmes Wasser gab und die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Angeblich ein Druckverlust der Heizanlage, der erst am Morgen entdeckt wurde. Die Anmeldung und das sehr schlichte Frühstück gab es in einem Nebenhotel, wobei die Rezeptionistin nichts von meiner Buchung wusste. Die Tür des einen Zimmers ließ sich weder von innen noch von außen abschließen und rappelte laut, wenn es einen Luftzug gab. Diese Kritik wurde beim Auscheck lapidar...
