A Good Base, but.....
The Villa is ideally situated for exploring Lake Garda. However it is located beside a very busy main road and is therefore very noisy day and night. There was also a construction site on the opposite side of the road which is also very noisy during the day.
The villa was spotlessly clean and the beds are comfortable. However it is lacking several basics, all small things but annoying nonetheless: There were no cooking / bbq utensils; no waste bins in the bathroom and toilet; there was no hair dryer or clothes iron; and the washing machine and cooker extractor did not work.
There was no wifi, although the Agents did provide a data device that provided a very slow 2G, and there is no mobile signal.
We stayed four nights, ate out most of the time and is was fine. There is no access from the villa to the beach.
