The place is up for sale and it has an impact on staff and overall morale. So surprisingly we were comfortable and felt we got value for our money.

Absolutely an amazing resort, we stayed in the hotel section, next time want to do a cabin, had an amazing dinner with our dogs on the pet friendly patio. 100% recommend.

The lodge and dining facilities were great, however it's not much of a lake. Not a far drive to see wild horses so all is good

Very clean, peaceful, friendly staff Food was amazing ! I had the Elk burger and salted caramel cheese cake. I was sitting on the patio taking in the beautiful view of the lake, will definitely be going back next year !

Excellent stay! Awesome restaurant prime rib saturdays was a nice surprise! Only thing I wish they had was a playground for the kids but other than that great little getaway

Price was above the value in my opinion. Also the restaurant food was not great and service was poor. Will most likely not be returning

Room was average but was clean enough. We had to ask for hangers, there was no hair dryer and the coffee maker did not work properly. Breakfast not available on the days we were there but our dinner was great! The beauty of the area made up for it!

We were looking for a place where we could truly get away from the city without giving up the comforts we're used to - clean beds, a hot shower, good coffee, and all the little things that make a stay enjoyable. Scott's Lake Conference & Resort exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The setting is beautiful too. The lake (well, more of a pond, but a really beautiful one), the forest, the ground squirrels, and the peaceful surroundings made it exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for. If you're looking to disconnect from the busy urban world without sacrificing comfort, this is definitely the place to stay.

The property was beautiful even though we were there during the off season.

The location is quite far from services. It is quiet but did not offer Breakfast when we were there. The rooms need some upgrades especially with the electrical. Dinner service was great and the food good.

The romantic room was more beautiful than the picture on their site indicates. The staff and food were both awesome. Can’t wait to go back.

Experience was great as per usual. Staff are always super friendly, accommodating and welcoming, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The only thing I would improve was the cleanliness of the room - it was mostly okay but the floors definitely felt like the hadn’t been swept/vaccumed/mopped super well. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay :).

Chrissy is an amazing asset to this property! Her service was outstanding and made me feel at home. The property is quaint with great wildlife. Check out their on site restaurant for delicious food. I recommend the bison short ribs. A gem off the beaten path…
