We’re cyclists from Australia and travelling the world. We had experienced very friendly staff that helped us with all our queries and in particular safe storage of our bicycles . Nothing was too much trouble. Daniel who cleaned our room for us did a fantastic job and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed sitting outside with an incredible ocean view. And special thank you to the drivers taking us to the airport. Highly recommend!

Good for a quick stay!

Great for a quick stay. I got a sea facing room by chance and it was gorgeous. The breakfast was mediocre but the staff were really attentive - even getting me some food when I came down too late. This place doesn't have a gym and the rooms are small, so don't come here if you want to spend loads of time in the hotel. It's attached to a mall so food and shopping are very convenient.

I arrived at the hotel very late after a 4‑hour flight delay with LAM, so I was already exhausted. Check‑in was quick and easy, which I appreciated. However, the first room I was given had a non‑functional air conditioner. I was moved to a second room, but unfortunately I found a bed bug there, which was extremely disappointing given how tired I was. I was then switched to a third room, which was adequate, and I managed to sleep for about three hours before heading back to Europe. Overall, the staff tried to help, but the room issues made the stay far from comfortable. I hope the hotel addresses these problems so future guests have a better experience.
